Response was extremely positive with explanation that 2nd item shipped separately. Rcvd 2nd item 6/21/2021. I have closed EBay notice of not receiving 2nd item and explained it came 6/21 and wish to advise both pieces excellent packing and shipping. Would recommend this seller as they worked very hard to accomodate my purchase. Thank U

Fine, but when I asked seller for drivers the only response I got was that automated message saying sorry for damage, even when I told them that product arrived in perfect conditions. I'm actually looking for software drivers for this product, but if your OS recognizes it, then it's a good way to expand sata, usb ports and a card reader in a single frontal slot, like a laptop I/O panel but in full tower.

Item arrived crushed flat in a flimsy box contained inside a bubble mailer. Had to re-assemble and re-glue the item as it fell apart in the mail after being crushed.

It's larger than I thought, but works well and is well-made (for what it is). Hate the cost of postage but that's the price of living in Australia. Service and item both good and would definitely buy from these people again. Thanks!

As usual, eBay helps sellers be honest.The Automatic 154 Egg Turning Tray is very lightweight and probably would work well for quail or pigeon eggs, but even after receiving the refund, I am still missing the part that goes from the motor to the rocker bar. It is a small part, and the packaging was thin and easily ruptured in its long trip from China, which was relatively fast only 12 to 13 days.
