This product is a life changer if you have sickle cell trait.
This product has worked extremely well for my child who has sickle cell trait anemia. He used to always be cold and get cramps in the winter. Now he plays in the snow and also doesn't wear layers of clothes in the house to stay warm! He also has A LOT MORE ENERGY!!! He takes one a day. We saw a difference within the first week of him taking the product and he has just kept getting better. He has taken this product for over a year now. He is now 5 years old. We keep the house at 68F in the colder months and my son would always wear layers of clothes and cuddle on the couch for warmth. After a few weeks of taking this product, he literally stripped to his underwear and raced around the house with new found energy. He told us he felt too hot! He had never told us he felt too hot before...Never.

Helps with sleep, aches, and muscle cramps
This is great for leg cramps and help sleeping…. especially for women 40+ Gets rid of a lot of these issues plus some aches and pains which happen as our magnesium count drops as we get older. I now sleep all night again and don’t even have to wake up in the night to use the restroom anymore!!! I am a small person so I only need to take one per day. I went from sleeping 3 hours at a time to sleeping 6-7 hours straight through after about a month of taking this pill once per day.
