Not bad for used. . .
This is a very similar headset to what we use in a call center except this one is mine and I don't have to sanitize it each day. Each work station has a company supplied headset to use which is shared by whomever is assigned to that workstation each day. We have our own foam ear pads that we switch out. I would absolutely hate having to use the same ear pads that others use. These headsets are used and abused each day by the service reps. They get bent, twisted, mangled and the cords get all messed up and wearing them for an 8 hour shift is uncomfortable at best.
This headset is a used, unrefurbished headset that absolutely does the job. The boom mic is a non flexible piece that is a little loose but it does stay in position and I've yet to have any customer say that they couldn't hear me. A far cry from the bendable boom mics on the company's headsets.
Some day I will buy a brand new one but until then, having a decent headset to work with each and everyday is one thing I no longer have to worry about.
