  An error occurred with regards the item I ordered and the one received but the seller was very good in resolving this issue and prompt in doing so prior to Christmas. I cannot fault the customer service received and especially as the seller has a lot to deal with in a personal capacity at present it is understandable an error occurred. It would not put me off purchasing from this seller in the future and I have been assured the correct item will be posted out asap. Much appreciated.
