Very good for the price.
Less than $10 for 2 120mm case fans, what is there not to like? I've used fans from cooler master and NZXT in previous builds, but these seem to perform just as well and just as quiet.

Very good for the price.
This fan works perfectly for an older case with only two spots for fans and bad airflow. Although it is an exhaust fan and I have a front intake fan, it is separated by a drive bay so it actually improves my airflow. I feel that it is designed to exhaust heat coming from hard drives, which is exactly what I"m using it for. It's very quiet and you can tell it's moving a lot of air. I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone with a case with limited fan mounting options, or one with a design that is bad for airflow.

Excellent multi thread performance to "wake up" and old computer
I purchased two of these to install in my Dell Precision T5500. With 8 cores and 16 threads, these offer incredible performance for virtual machines and video editing. Based on the passmark scores, two of these perform close (in some situations better) than a Haswell i7 at a fraction of the cost. Although it lacks a bit in single core performance needed for gaming, I haven't noticed any bottlenecks running a GTX 970 when gaming. Can't go wrong with these processors.
One warning though, if you're looking to put these in a T5500 like I did, make sure to look at which heat sink you have installed on the 1st cpu. If it's the small, all aluminium heat sink, you will need to purchase the Dell U016F heat sink (~$15) or else temps will rise to over 90c under high load.
