Not what I expected.
1 of 2 found this helpful I like the reservoir but it takes three minutes to heat up and unless you want to run out to get the paper while it is heating, it a waste of my time.
I don't like the fact that you can only use Keurig KCups in the machine. The new ones have some sort of signalling device that has to be interrogated. I cannot use my refillable aftermarket cups anymore.
When I went to use the Carafe for the first time it was not intuitively obvious that it had to mate up with the base of the unit to be recognized.
Recently, mine is only dispensing 4-5 ounces when I request 10 and this is very slow to come.
There is no option in SETTINGS to change the default cup size. It defaults to 8 oz and I have to remember to change it to 10 oz every time I use it.
Taking it apart to clean requires a review of the user's manual. There are little secret buttons than need to be depressed to open it.
