Seller initially refused to refund item even though it had been incorrectly listed by them.I tried to apply for a refund using ebay return application and seller then said they were away and would be away for a bit - they would make arrangements and give me the return address when they returned. They never gave me the address for me to be able to return the item for refund.Disgusted.
