  Seller refused to ship and canceled sale. I won the bid and paid in full, within an hour of the auction ending. Seller claimed the item was damaged and not the same as pictured. I assured the seller I was not concerned with the faceplate appearance, as I only wanted the complete Lamp Housing Assembly and PCB that was included in the description and sale. I even offered to save the seller the on shipping if he just wanted to ship me the Lamp Assembly. Rather than reply, he just cancelled the sale
