My issue is not with the seller, but with eBay’s authentication process. My shoes were sent back to the seller due to a size tag issue not mentioned in the description. eBay needs to improve their authentication/QC process by informing the buyer of such minor flaws encountered and ask them if they want to proceed, or not proceed, with sending shoes.
