Amazing Technology - Gets You Off the Couch!
The Wii Fit does not replace the gym, but it certainly gets you up and moving, and that's what most people need to be doing. Too many lead sedentary lives, and the Wii Fit Board will help you improve posture, balance, strength and give you a bit of an aerobic workout. It's not much to drastically increase your heart-rate, but some movement is better than none.
I have found the weight, BMI, etc., to be rather accurate and it's impressive. I do not weigh myself everyday as Wii Fit suggests, but I do so about every other day, and it's encouraging to see the graph chart results.
Wii Fit is wonderful, and everyone can participate, no matter what your fitness level is. Enjoy!

Love These Shox
I’ve worn Nikes since my 70’s tennis days… as for walking all over cities like New York, Boston and Chicago, Nike Shox are the BEST! The metallic gold Shox caught my eye, and even better…they are slip-ons! I’m currently back in New York & walking about Manhattan couldn’t be more comfortable!

Great Sound - Controls not Easy to Use.
I am a major fan of Bang and Olufsen and Bose, too. I already have the Bose 35 ll and thought I’d try these. I love the sound, a bit more rich on the bass but equally clear and lush like the Bose. My issue - I don’t find these to be user friendly. They connect to devices easily but the touch controls on the right ear cup are a major nuisance. Finger swiping up, down, around, side to side is not concise for controlling the music. It’s too aggravating. As a result, I find myself using the Bose more frequently. I think the B&O is a poor design but the sound is great. I’d also stay away from the white ear cups - difficult to keep clean - from makeup, hair colour, etc.
