Converts HDMI ARC Dolby 5.1 into TOSLINK Optical Out Dolby 5.1

Allows you to draw an HDMI ARC signal from a new device and convert it into TOSLINK (Optical out) to transmit to older receivers (that do not have HDMI ARC audio). This allows GOOGLE PLAY TV to now be in 5.1 sound (GOOGLE only sends stereo to a TV's TOSLINK audio out, unlike Netflix which sends to both). WIthout this unit you will suffer Google Play in stereo only
