Good little fan

Running 24hrs, no heat build up, no rattles after 2 weeks. Range of movement is a little limited, but does a good job.

300W limited to 75W draw

The lamp is as described & soundly made, works straight out of the box and is very quiet & cool running due to the fans. The lamp only draws 75W however, which is quite low for a 300W LED, other brands are 150-200W for a 300W LED. Light levels at 600mm (24") are 6,000 Lux (for two lamps side-by-side) with good uniformity over a footprint of approx 2.5x2.5 feet or 800x800mm. At 300mm height the light level is 15,000 Lux, with no appreciable heat, so should be OK for indoor veg & bloom stages. Again a good uniform spread even at this height. No testing done for PAR so no comment.

Mostly good quality, does not hold water pressure

Machine tolerance on threads good, casting good, unit ships clean & free of swarf. Gate does not seal to hold pressure, testing under 1m head of water shows a very small leak . Under normal mains pressure 50-60m this is likely to leak a bit more. The gate was not attached to the spindle properly and I had to open the valve & reset it. Apart from the very small leak which will be a problem in a water pressure installation, this valve is good for my purpose (low pressure vapour).
