The Eyes Have It
AREDS 2 was recommended to my by my ophthalmologists as an effective non-prescription treatment for macular degeneration. This is my second bottle, and so far they seem to be working, as my eyes have not gotten any worse in the four months I have been taking them.
Of course, there is no way for me to know with any certainty that these pills are the main reason for my eyes' continuing health, but if two doctors I've seen say they work, who am I to argue?

I have not placed these floor mats in my spouse's CRV yet, as I am waiting for warmer weather, so I can't speak to their fit. I also can't tell how durable they are, as the material is lighter than what I am used to in other cars I've owned. Only time will tell.

It's good for cats. Probably good for me too.
My vet recommended giving CoQ-10 to my cat, who suffers from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. There is little a vet can do to correct a cogenital heart disorder in a cat, but my vet said she'd heard good things about CoQ-10. She said I should use a quality brand, such as Solgar, as some generic and store-name brands do not have the same potency.
My cat has been getting Solgar Co-Q-10 for more than a year, and at his last checkup his heart murmur was less noticable. Not gone, but lessened. I can't say it is all due to the CoQ-10, but it does appear to be doing the job.
After searching locally for a quality CoQ-10 product, and fining nothing that fit my needs (you can't give a cat a softgel), I turned to eBay, where I found Solgar CoQ-10 at a reasonable price.
