Etrex touch VS Etrex legend
1 of 2 found this helpful I am upgrading from an ETrex Legend to this model. The learning curve is higher than I thought. What use to take 2 clicks of a button to do now takes 3 or 4 touch screens to do. It seems like tech is going backwards sometimes. I can't just move the cursor around on the map to pick a geocache, I have to pick a geocache from a list and then t shows up on the map. Works great if you are going from 1 cache to the next closest, but that is not always the case. As I stated the learning curve is higher on this one so I will give it a little more time before I make my final decision. Right now I am happier with my old Legend.

Corded device. Just what the doctoe ordered!
1 of 1 found this helpful I was under the impression that this was one of the chargers that plugged directly into the wall. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was a corded device. Sits perfectly on the corner of my desk, just like my old one.
