Clock Movement Mechanism With 4" straight Gold hands, for Dials up to 1/4" thick

Hands Change Directions Randomly
Movement has trouble making the full 360º trip around the clock face. I followed the assembly directions included with my shipment, and made sure none of the hands were in contact with another. I set the time using the wheel on the motor box. The hands move well from 12 to 6 position, but the mechanism immediately showed problems moving from 7 upward to the 12. I thought I was seeing things when I saw the second hand move backward! Product comes with no customer support, despite a 1 year warranty statement. Very disappointed. Definitely a risky purchase.
