I bought an item and NEVER received it. No shipping, no tracking number. NOTHING. I contacted them three times to ask about the item but no communication. I had to turn to eBay for a refund because the seller was no help. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

First of all, I would like to apologize for what happened. I lost my account and was trying to communicate with Ebay to locate my account and I couldn't get help from Ebay. I tried to message and call so many times and did not get through them. Fiinally, I found my account this evening and here I am. Please forgive my shortcomings. I lost my account when I changed my computer. Sorry once again.
