Fujifilm X Series X100T 16.3MP Digital Camera - Black (Body Only)
19 July 2018
Strong stills camera
Used for a few days and have mostly positive impressions.
Pros:
best colors of any digital camera I've used. As good or better than Canon in terms of color science. Images have a special quality to them.
Also has film emulations that are a decent approximation of the real ones
Small and easy to use as a walk-around camera
Easy to use but also plenty of settings for image control for experienced photographers
Amazing hybrid optical/electronic viewfinder
Cons:
No zoom or other focal lengths (This is the obvious, big downside despite having a great, fast, wide angle lens)
Video isn't great (again, this is no surprise and why I own or have owned Canon, Sony, and Panasonic while holding off on this camera until now). This is a camera for still photography enthusiasts primarily.
Focus tracking isn't great (also not a surprise and I haven't had long enough to fully test). Not going to replace a dslr for sport photography but not really what it's for.
Again, just impressions after a few days but definitely not an extensive review. This is a powerful little camera and may be perfect for most users. The strengths are really apparent but it's few shortcomings may make it too limiting for other particular users
