A MUST have any railroader and/or modeler
A GREAT buy for any railroad fan and anyone going or already in model railroading. I bought this book along with Rail Power at a local Barnes & Nobles and have used both books for my model train layout and books.

bang for your buck
College Hoops 2k6 is one of the best college Basketball game ever made even for its age. From the simple menu screen to the layout of features in all modes make this game easy to play even a non-sports fan could pick up the controller and play. The feature the other games haven't added is a small, un-noticeable feature at first, but you will treasure it after you play the other games.
The feature I love the most in the video game is the small newspaper feature in the dynasty mode. Some might overlook it for being boring and cheap addon, but if you play the game like you're a real coach or love to see a fictional reporter talk about your team you will truly love the feature like myself. I give this game a 8/10 due to the graphics and some of the animations, but if you're not picky like myself this game is one of the best underrated games ever.

A wonderful buy and a MUST buy for anyone who love railroads
