When I placed order I thought it included the gun tool as shown but was only for the rubber bullets I contacted the seller to return them as I couldn’t use them without the tool gun seller was fantastic to deal with and offered me a refund that I was happy with without returning the item which would have cost me shipping which I felt was best customer service I have had in a while would recommend this seller
