It's OK

The rest itself is reasonably well made. The mounting bracket is minimally acceptable.

volume gain on audio taper isn't uniform over entire range

Quality of build is good. Easy to solder up, but the terminals are unnecessarily close together and thinner than other pots I've used. Operates quietly over the whole range. One criticism: I expect an audio taper pot to uniformly add volume through the turning radius. This one gains volume fairly uniformly at the lower end, but there is a big spike in volume in the last 5-10 degrees of turn at the high end.
