Learning to Be Old
I bought this book for a class. I am really enjoying it. It is clear, interesting, easy to read, and the information is fitting for anyone, as most of us will be reaching old age. Not only is it good to look at preparing yourself mentally, and physically for the aging process, it is good to share with your children who will likely be an integral in your future.

This is one of my favorite books ever. It is uplifting.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a book that is appealing to children, but has a message for everyone. Originally, years ago I bought the book for myself. I met a guy at work that had very low self esteem, I talked to him about the legacy he was leaving for his children if they saw that he, their father didn't think he had value, what would they think of themselves as his children? I gave him the book and told him to read it to his children,but apply it to himself. The next time I saw him, he was smiling and looking people in the eye.

Understanding Nutrition
I bought this for a class. The book as well as the program are very informative. It is important however when buying used to make sure the codes are with it, as I had to buy the codes separately online. This was still cheapeer than buying new, but it set me behind as I had not been iformed of their existance or necessity. In the end I am pleased.
