Very customizable
Snaps together easily, can be connected in different styles, fairly solid

Barely works
Loses sync constantly, battery only lasts about a week, wristband started fraying day one- They coulda put a bit more effort into the band, the device itself is nicely built- Although clearly something is wrong on the software end, my fitbit doesn't need me to go into the app EVERY SINGLE TIME I start the app, why does the Plus need me to? Then it loses sync about every half hour, and some of the time, if not most of the time, you need to restart the app OR EVEN THE PHONE, because sometimes the bluetooth part of the app stalls or something.
I've ordered some new batteries, hopefully they last longer, plus there was a patch for the Plus, so I'll give it another chance.. But man, its more hassle than its worth.
