Very effective, plug in & play or adjust if needed, very happy
Given our situation - restricted antenna placement & long distance (90 km SW of Sydney) - the signal amplifier has been VERY EFFECTIVE. It seems to have come set at medium gain, but I have not needed to adjust it, just PLUG IN & PLAY - note, It has PAL sockets only. I have not tried it with 2 TVs, which might require some adjustment, but there is plenty to "play" with. It has greatly improved the reception quality of the channels we were already receiving, & increased the number of channels we receive - not 100%, but close enough to make us VERY HAPPY.

Mild pains or continuous, easy to take.
I'd say good for mild pain problems, or for continuous use as part of a mixed medication response. I like it & it should be easy to take for anyone.

Good gear but be careful at first - easy to burn yourself.
Works well but could hold more charge. Be careful when using until you get used to it, because it's easy to slip a finger into the arc.
