  My stamps arrived promptly & in good condition. However, they came “Postage Due.” I contacted the seller & even sent a photo. Instead of simply offering to pay the additional charge, the seller insisted that he/she had used the correct postage & didn’t know what happened. I certainly understand things happen, but all I was expecting was a refund of the extra cost. Instead this seller was barely polite. As a seller myself, I go out of my way to make sure customers are happy even if I take a loss.
