Shure EAC64CL 64" Earphone Replacement Cable for Shure SE Series Earbuds - NEW

Perfect Solution

I used my previous cable for a number of years, but the day came when the sound began to suffer. I certainly got my $'s worth from the original cable. I began my search to purchase a replacement cable and found several options available. There were several replacement cables that indicated that they would work and be great, but the reviews out there did not back these claims. So, I decided to stay "true" to my Shure inner ears and purchase a "Shure" replacement cable. I am glad that I did ... the sound is back to original standards and it clearly shows in my opinion. Not having any of the other options to compare ... I cannot speak to their performance. I can easily say that the Shure replacements sound and work great. I'm a happy camper here and will stay w/Shure if I need a future replacement. The cable itself is well made, the connectors attach easily to my ear buds, the cable forms around my ears as you would expect ... the only thing that I have noticed is that the small plastic slider that tightens the cable to the back of your head ... one side of the cable "slides" easily as it should, but the other side does not slide into place with the same ease. Maybe this is how they are suppose to be, but my original cables were not that way. Anyway ... this is only minor to me and I will say that the cable does stay in place once I set them. Overall ... great replacement cable ... glad I stayed w/Shure product.
