I tried to contact seller multiple times but he never answered. Then when I asked for a refund he magically appeared and accepted it. At least he could’ve told me that he can’t ship the item or etc. Terrible seller.

Obviously you can't know what happened. Anyway you magically received from me the €5.99 refund, so you received my answer and for me that's where the story ended. However, I say that the Internet needs to have certain rules and controls on what people write publicly to other people. Warning!!!! this seller has been contacted by me countless times I asked him if he had shipped my item. He has never responded this seller does not follow policy of eBay, nor is he very polite and respectful and respond to you. This seller was away on vacation. He did not follow policies, an alert, eBay, nor his buyers.
