Best Driver I Ever Owned! Period
My son and I were playing a round at a local course. I have played this course on a regular basis for 12 years. 12 years ago, I was a beginer, with one of the most polished "slices au banana" I ever saw- in person. Now I am about an 11 index. 3 weeks ago I asked my son to try his TaylorMade R9 360. My first drive: 15 yards longer than the best drive I have eer had on Hole #12: Par 4, all uphill, 440 yards. My second shot was 157 yards away from the middle of the green. "Dad, that is the best drive I have ever seen you hit.!" CORRECT. I am 58 years old. I was "a-twitte." Next Hole same result: dry fairway, downhill. I hit a solid drive and rolled my furtherest ever on the #13 Hole about 35 yards from the Green. I purchased the same Driver-- Taylormade R9 360 as my son's. And I bought 1 for my father, and my other son, and 1 of my brothers. It was a gift for his genrousity. To wrap it up, my mishits are far less punative.Real cool outcome: buy something new-- keep your fingers crossed-- uncross them on the 1st Tee--- and with a smooth, undercontrol stroke, which is about 82.5% of my total power-- and I smile a lot about my driver. If only .....

Quality Design-More Yardage: 5-10 yds. Farther: More Happiness
This driver performs like many of the reviews I read: FOR ME, IT IS NOTICEABLY LONGER!! Used at $160 seemed like a good old fashioned dream. A few times I have hit gentle draws --I am also just learning the Stack and Tilt- which is easier on my herniated disks, and the basic swing promotes this shape shot. I rolled a few drive over 275 yards, which I almost never did. I am 61 years old, so that distance is quite pleasing. Personally, I do not see a reason to pay dramatically more for the R11S: it is new and used ones are almost non-existant.The 5 adjustments of the face angle as opposed to the 3 adjustments on the R11 is not convincing enough for me to spend at least $150 more. At the same time I switched from a Pro V1 to a series of lower compression balls. My average swing speed, when I am not tired, is around 95 MPH. I do not think that I gotthe optimal distance from the PRO V1. So, my longer drives could be partly effected by the change in balls. Overall, I am so pleased with both the club change and the ball change.

IN 16 YEARS TEACHING TOP 5 PURCHASES EVER MADE--OUT OF $1000'S I HAVE SPENT
EASILY RANKED AS 1 OF THE TOP 5 PURCHASES I HAVE MADE IN 16 YEARS FOR MY CLASSROOM.CLEAR, ADJUSTABLE, WONDERFUL COLOR, EASY TO USE, GREAT, GREAT PRICE. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION, FOR MY PURPOSES. READ ON ... I use this projector in a classroom. The white board in the fron t of the room serves as a screen. I do have a set of extra speakers so whatever I play is "loud" I teach high school students -- loud is better. So far, the projector has been flawless. Previously, I used a a television, circa 1922?, 29 inch screen, and mounted way in the corner of the room. If the film and especially documentaries were not "real exciting" the snoring drowned out my amplified speaker. The projector generates a very large image, clear as can be, and even the dullest of the dull, are now viewed by the whole class. And since the old TV fell off its hinges onto my hands -- yes it hurt -- this projector has been a life-saver, in the sense that know 150 kids, every year will learn lots more than before. This projector was easily in the TOP 5 of all of the $1000's I have spent over the last 16 years as a teacher.
