    I purchased a remote car controller and I received an old broken camera in its place. I contacted the seller and they have been argumentative and combative, not at all helpful. The box it came in shows no sign of tampering so it is obvious the seller intentionally tries to deceive their buyers. All of this over $20 is crazy. They must do this quite often to earn a profit. I can NOT recommend! This seller is not safe. Currently awaiting the claims process.

    What is true is, you were accidentally sent the wrong item, you then demanded for a refund, I asked to see the item because you did not show it you just used your words and demanded a refund, I confirmed it was a mistake and requested you to return the item for a refund. You said to appreciate the clarification, you returned the item and you were fully refunded. The item sent is a camera, more expensive than the remote you bought. Now what is the scam here.

    Although the wrong remote was sent and it did not work with my Sony Receiver, the seller offered to refund me as long as I send in the remote back again. I did and I was refunded. Good customer service and I will definitely do business with this seller if something else interests me.
