great laptop. good for light gaming and vmware remote access
just needed a battery which I just ordered. swapped out the 250gb hdd with a 500 gb sshd. works great. I play blade and soul tera online SimCity and endless space and access my VMware virtual machines with this bad boy. expecally hapy with the audio quality lan port and cpu speed. much faster than my asus rog g57j laptop. the gpu is older and has less vram BUT holds up to the games I play on it waay BETTER than my old g51j which I supprising because that had a 1gb g3210 GeForce gpu and and this has a 9800 512mb. but I must say i'm totally LOOOOOVING this laptop!

Just what I needed no more no less
It’s a little thin feeling but works great for my use. My WiFi in my shop is very suckish because it’s in a far back room behind a bunch of concrete walls so I needed to run a Ethernet cable to get a stable connection way back there. I wasn’t looking for crazy fast speed as I’m only hooking up a few devices and I’m mostly doing 3D graphics rendering software and CAD software so I don’t need a lot of internet use just enough to occasionally download a few files here and there and occasionally play an online multiplayer game every so often so I don’t need anything fancy. So this puppy did EXACTLY what I needed it to do and for dirt cheap. I’d definitely use it on a customers network setup project in the future. I’ve seen no reliability issues so far and the color is perfect for hiding along baseboards and not looking gaudy. I’d definitely recommend for personal users and IT professionals (like me) alike
