Bargain Priced PSU is Frightfully LOUD!
I used this PSU to replace the original power supply in my Thecus N5200Pro NAS. As I suspected the unit was not a perfect fit and i had to modify the face plate for a more snug fit. My main quibble for this unit, however, is the NOISE level produced by the PSU any time it is running. I have never heard a new power supply create so much sound.
I'm glad my NAS is back up and running, but will be researching a more quiet solution in the very near future.
