Old School Classic
This really is one of the best games I can remember from growing. Though it is only one player, the replay factor is what will keep you going. The graphics was pretty basic but showed a good amount of detail in the rider himself. A big help provided from the rather decent sound is the temperature alarm warning you before the bike over-heats. Lots of memories of the this game, definitly a winner!

Sharp before it's time.
I remember this as a great game growing up. Konami has always realeased games that turned out to great fun with little to get angry about and this was no exception. "Blades of Steel!", anounces the title screen, something very rare for video games of the time. Considering it came out in 1988, the graphics are very detailed and the moves look realistic. It is easy to shoot and pass with pretty good acuracy. The fact that the person you control is flashing very quickly helps immeditely identify who you are. There is a really neat close-up screen when a fight breaks out on the ice where you get to duke it out with the other team. Detailed action screens also finish off the penalty shots that break-out adding a great effect to the shot. A lot of time was put into the extras of this game and it really shows. This really is one of the most fun hockey games ever. PEACE*LOVE*ONE
