A good deal!
Refurbished, yes, but it came with the FULL one-year Factory Warranty. It looks like new, but came without any paperwork. So far, I have used it to pound an 8-foot 5/8" grounding rod into VERY rocky ground. It stopped at about 3 feet, but I blame that on the blunt tip. I cut it off, put a sharp chisel tip on the remaining rod and pounded it in inches away from the first, without issue. I'm sure it will do fine duty for everything I will use it for. A good deal, for sure!

Can fine, nozzle sucks....
The can is great, unfortunately, like all "politically correct" gas cans, the nozzle absolutely sucks! That is easily repaired though, by simply buying a replacement old style nozzle and vent! Make sure you get one for a Midwest Can, as they are slightly larger than the old Jerry Jug caps and nozzles...
