Shaper bit 5 piece cabinet door set No. 94-100 router bits/router Delta

High quality bits
Much more durable than the Chinese equivalent. I can make deeper cuts without the bits overheating or tearing the wood. I could probably do the cuts in one pass on my shaper, but I stick to 2-3 passes. The Chinese bits worked best at 4-5 passes. These bits stay sharp and don't tear hardwood, a good reason to buy these.

Hundreds less than anything better
I buy these by the handful. At a coin show I don't have time to swap batteries. The high magnification comes without a sacrifice in quality. There is a clear plastic guard that I remove so I can examine coins in the 'slab'. When a dealer mentions how nice it is I give them one. A cheap way to make a valuable friend. Buy the batteries in bulk at eBay. Having such a good magnifier in hand has literally saved me hundreds. Checking out a 1909-S VDB Lincoln Cent I could see that the 'S' mint mark was an add on. A $1200 coin was suddenly revealed to be worthless. Seriously, buy a handful. You won't regret it. Give them out and have extras when you drop one. If it falls just right, it won't focus. Eh, $3. When used to view a coin, you can see so much. You can see alterations. You can see trapped dirt that on a shiny coin probably means it was cleaned. You can see the microscopic lines left when it was wiped with a cloth. Blah, blah, blah. One caveat. You can find something off-putting on anything if you magnify it enough. Teach yourself what is normal at 60x.
Life on Mars: The Complete Collection (DVD, 2010, 8-Disc Set)

BBC does it right
I watched this show on BBC America. Then I watched it on Netflix. My wife saw it and comments that it looks interesting. OMG! A Sci-Fi show my wife likes! I pinched myself and did not find myself waking to the sounds of heart monitor. I popped the popcorn and went back to Season 1, Episode 1. Then, the night we sat down to watch the Season 1 finale, it's not in our viewing list. I do a search. Nada. What? Netflix has dropped it! Well, if it ain't free- eBay! Found what I wanted and bought it. I love eBay. As to the show, the main character loses consciousness in present time and 'wakes' in the 1970's. This is when I was in high school and college. When I say they got the period right, I mean they got it painfully correct. I speak as an expert! If none of this sounds like your cup of tea, keep moving, nothing to see here. But, as one of the best pieces of Sci-Fi every produced by the BBC, it's worth the money and time. BTW, Netflix saw fit to cancel Ashes To Ashes, a spin-off at the same time. Yet another brilliant piece of Sci-Fi from the BBC. So far, no one has an American region DVD set. As much as I think my wife will like it, she isn't too happy about the cost of the DVD set and a region free DVD player.
