The item sent was not working. Most of the agents who spoke to me were very polite and wanted to resolve the issue. One was quite rude and patronising, hence my neutral experience. I have received a replacement since, but there seems to be the same issue with 2 of the batteries not fitting (it is a manufacturer issue so nothing the seller can do).
