  Item arrived in very good condition. Shipping packaging was very well done. Packing of the individual bells could have been better cushioned inside the bell box. But item did not have any damage on the contents of the bells box. Item works as described by the seller, including the remote! I am very happy with this purchase. Happy New Year!!

  As a seller, it’s your responsibility to ensure that the contents are well packed and arrive safely. These items were not packaged properly, and as a result, two of the items pictured were broken. One of the light poles was shattered and one of the lemax carolers came with no head and a broken child. Additionally, the box arrived with a hole and I have no idea if anything was lost. Very disappointing.
