It was beautifully wrapped in a sturdy box, with bubble wrap along both rims, and padded out with loose cardboard pieces. This guy is a true legend we purchased the wrong color wheel and I contacted him explaining I've been a muppet. He arranged for the original wheel to be collected and I agreed that I cover all postage and costs which were very reasonable. He then posted me out the color I needed all within a couple of days. 10 star seller thank you.

My wife had hit a pot hole resulting in the need for a new alloy in an emergency situation, after contacting Original Alloys they came back to me within the hour. They also went out their way the following day to deliver the alloy knowing that we needed the new wheel as quickly as possible ! What a service, as they could not do enough for us and due to the quick delivery enabled us to get the wheel changed over within 2 days of the damage happening. We will definitely be using these again !!
