Great Item, Great Seller

Haven't Found the Perfect Phone Yet
I resisted buying a Palm Treo for a long time, because I just wasn't sure about it, and after using this phone for a few weeks, my doubts haven't really been satisfied. In the beginning I found the phone extremely difficult to work with, particularly since I had to download a bunch of updates for the phone to work with Vista, Office 2007, and AT&T had a new program download, while it wasn't difficult it was very time consuming.
While using the phone the touch pad is average, sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesen't a few times I had to reset the touch pad, and that took a while to figure out, then the phone crashed on me twice and I had to do a hard reset, which means you lose everything in it, I can only say it was a good thing that I did computer Syncs every night, because the computer saved all the settings and reloaded it.
The real plus is that the Palm support is great, they are patient, they will walk you through everything, and in many cases you need them, because the instructions you get with the phone are not the clearest in the world, so I would recommend using the Palm Support pages.
Would I buy another Palm, I'm not quite sure, I've thought of iPhone, and the Blackberry Pearl, if either one of them were somehow just a little better then the Palm, I think I would purchase them, so I haven't found the perfect phone yet, and I have used a long line of them, maybe there just isn't one out there.
