Mac SD Slot Memory Expansion
Absolutely perfect memory expansion upgrade option, enabling that extra bit of on board storage - currently using it with a Sandisk Ultra 128gb MicroSD - great.
Very unobtrusive and blends perfectly with the design of the Mac.
It resolves the issue of "protrusion" Apple used as reason to remove the expansion slot from its current range of 'laptops'.
Given this adapter option, Apple's removal of the SD slot can only be seen as purely a cost consideration.
I use it for data storage and the location for those occasional and rarely used programs and apps, rather than cluttering up or upgrading my main drive - a 'very' cost effective option.
