I'll relay my experience.
The relay board works well but doe snot look like the one in the picture. The pins on the one I got point up and do not allow the shield to be plugged in as expected. No Issue I simply soldered on some wires to the relay board and connected to Uno directly.
Works fine with two LED's to show it is connected and when it is triggered.

A small simple adaptor
Does what it is meant to with no problems. Plug it in and away you go with an old style USB 3 connector.

Not braking the bank for a good product.
They fitted, no issues and work as they should. Only the shims missing from the package. Also odd was they pad were loose in the box and just banged about during transportation.
