Adequately hokey, OK value at less than full price.
1 of 1 found this helpful Mildly amusing retro take on 1940's 'haunted house' genre. Some classical stereotype characterizations are mocked, while the sets, special effects and scene framing are faithful to the era.

Low-cost, easy to use, but has a limitation.
This was easy to set up and use. I needed it because my TV has fewer HDMI inputs than I have input devices (DVD players, PC, etc.).
However, because it looks for an active signal, it can't detect my Windows PC's output, because the PC's output is also looking for a device with an active input port before it'll send a signal. Obviously cannot work in 'automatic' mode, but won't work in manual-select mode either.
Otherwise fine.

Shaves fine, but forget the trimmer.
These refurbished Remington shavers are OK as shavers. I've been through several Braun shavers over the past few years, and their foils are expensive and hard to find, so I figured that for the price of a Braun foil, I could buy a whole refurb. Remington. But the trimmers on these don't work at all - at least not on the three I've had.
