Doesn't really do anything
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this product thinking it was going to deep clean my retainers and it ended up being just a fast buzzing machine. I don't really see a difference when the machine is done with them. I also bought the retainer Brite tablets and those are amazing. Cleans way better than the isonic worthless buzzer.
