Highly recommended
Whether you are new to meditation or just simply want an approach that cuts out all the bull$#!+, this is the book for you. There are some absolutely powerful chapters in here that even seasoned vets of meditation can get something out of. Dean has an absolute gift when it comes to getting this stuff across, and his sense of humor in the process is much welcomed. His approach is light-hearted yet profoundly deep. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND the audio version, not only does Dean write well, he has the absolute perfect voice for his own book. He also does great radio interviews if you get the chance to hear any!
I have already lent this book to multiple friends and family, and they all really love it. You will too.

A co-op classic!
One of the most intense co-op board games I have ever played. It is challenging and hinges on team-work. Great re-play value.

Excellent price, very solid
I didn't have any issues with burs on the metal as others have, they were in great shape and seemed well-finished. They are on the heavier side for castle nuts in my opinion, but that's a very small price to pay for being good steel. Can't beat the price, and you might as well grab some as spares.
I recommend these.
