  Item is as described & postage was fast, however no packaging around the box & it was clear to see what it was. The person the gift was for took delivery of the item & it spoiled the surprise as he knew what his gift was before his birthday

  I was under the impression that this item was "already assembled" as it was not stated in the sellers description that it was to be assembled by the buyer! it was not advertised as a "kit of parts" nor was it advertised as a "flat pack!" I tried to explain this to the seller and that with my arthritis in my hands I could not assemble this item, I was met with poor customer service and they made it too difficult for me to return the item, I am not happy with this company!
