I don’t leave this lightly. Purchase item and was not sent out on time. Contacted seller who “upgrade” shipping since late. They advised the package was shipped, did not provide shipping. Contacted me later to advised package was returned back to them and needed to verify my address which I promptly did, never had address problems before. NEVER received any contact back from seller or updates on order despite contacting them multiple times. Had to have eBay step in for refund from no contact.
