    Took 11 days to arrive. Listing shows guitar in a case but guitar arrived with a bag and listing does say it comes with a bag. Should not show pics of something that is not what you are buying.... could be misleading to the buyer. Seller needs to get shipping time a lot quicker and not wait days/a week to ship. Guitar was very well packed with the strings slackened, in a guitar box and just as described.

    Pictures were very accurate - that was very helpful - A+. Written description could have been a little better in terms of playability (which I got no response on) but I took a gamble and luckily it worked out. The very light packaging for a 50+ year old acoustic guitar in a *soft* case made me very nervous when it showed up but it was undamaged. Communication was ok but not great, but we all have busy lives so I don't fault the seller. All in all, I'm a happy buyer (with a good amount of luck).

    This is a seller who causes a problem and then responds poorly to the customer. 1) Product damage occurs due to insufficient protective packaging for the product. (The latch on the door of the cassette player is broken, and the door does not close) 2) The seller shipped the 13LB product in a thin box that could not be properly cushioned in order to save on shipping costs. 3) I requested a response, but received a strange response from the seller (like the attached photo...)

    This is a vintage tube amp, which the seller took GREAT care in using an extraordinary amount of packaging materials to keep everything in perfect condition. I've never received something packaged so well before in my life. OUTSTANDING JOB.
