  Item was advertised as being two saucers with the option of purchasing two sets of two. I received two bread and butter plates, not saucers and only two, not the four I ordered as per the option. When contacted she admitted she did not know what she had listed were not saucers, and denied that she had listed option to buy two sets of two, but she did refund my money and seemed sincerely sorry that I was disappointed in the purchase,
