I paid for a new item, but it arrived with a broken arm with the wires sticking out and the stomach was caved in. The seller said I should use "hot glue" to fix the arm and the item is fine as it is just for decoration. He also said I can get a full refund if he can pick up the item as he will be in my area. I agreed. He then changed his mind and said it was too far to come for it. The seller stuffed me around and took no responsibility. Don't buy any Xmas ornaments from this seller. Beware!! 😡

I have made refund to the customer as agreed, but still leave me negative feedback . I have done what I can do, it is out of my control once it is posted.
