  Seller was delayed with shipping due to covid. I understand that can happen and that was not my issue. The seller finally responded to my inquiry and said they would ship the item out that evening. That did not happen. In fact an entire day passed where they could have shipped out the item, but they did not do that either. Two days later Ebay issued me a refund because the seller had not provided them with a tracking number. I am NOT IMPRESSED with the seller.

  I was told what I ordered was in working condition. when it arrived I. had found there was no power cord with it. So I contacted the seller and was answered quickly and told they would look into it. next day I was told they have sent me out a replacement power cord and that they would provide me with a tracking number asap. Well its been 1 week and I've received neither the tracking number nor the power cord. The sender hasnt returned messages bout why no item or tracking number as of yet. Bad.
