Shockingly good value
I added to the sink rather than replace the Moen with a built in spray hose that was there. All my kitchen sink accessories are one hole and the Moen was set off to the right of center. The hand soap dispenser was dead center so this fixture used the hole. It gives the sink the look and utility of a restaurant sink with great cleanup and pot fill capability. Blindingly simple to install but you do need handyman sensibilities. It comes with very short supply lines so you will need additional hardware even if you are swapping instead of adding. Assemble the unit completely before you install and take your time. Instructions are almost useless. Use common sense when connecting supply lines to unit. Be gentle but firm and connect hot and cold supply lines using common sense to get orientation correct. With additional hardware I have $65 into it and it looks and functions like $250.

New Craftsman Assurelink 041A7187 Garage Door Premium Control Panel

Simple and solid
The Assurelink Wall Control this one replaced (it was compatible only with 139-53xxxxx garage door openers (and the new ones are 139-54xxxxx) was more sophisticated. It had a motion detecting light switch and a “close door timer” but if those thinks aren’t important, this one is rock solid and simple. It pairs and works with less fuss. It also works with a second Wall Control nicely and the other one did not.
