Good coffee. Machine has room for improvement.
The machine makes great coffee, but there is some room for improvement in design. E.g. disposed beans get out of the trash box, which makes more for cleaning. If a user wants to switch from whole to ground coffee it is complicated - one cannot just switch with a button. I did that and all the ground beans ended up in trash. I got refurbished unit so don't know if water filter would come with original one. If not - why not? Almost $1K for a machine to have to buy separate water filter?? Machine cleans it self a bit too often for my taste resulting in the tray on the bottom to be filled with water very soon as in day or two. No need for that. Perhaps there is a way to reprogram the machine, but I haven't stumble upon it. Otherwise, great machine. i love the sound it makes and espresso comes out just really good. :)
In sum, great machine with design and software that can be improved to make it a bit more tight and smoother to use for the user.
I am not regretting getting it and we make coffee, steamed non-dairy milk every day with it. :)
